Under the guidance of an Executive Chef, our staff uses only the best, freshest and locally sourced ingredients. Each meal is both balanced and nutritious, inviting and delicious. And when it comes to ambience, your choices abound. The Villa Center features a fine dining room that showcases live cooking, plus a bistro that is open daily for lunch. Dining al fresco on the patio or around the fire pit is an option, weather permitting. And food is also served in our club lounge, the perfect setting for both cocktail parties and cozy talks with family and friends.

Our residents and staff enjoyed a "Whiskey Tasting" presented by the Villa St. Benedict Culinary Department. The attendees sampled six different whiskey's and Bourbon's, along with delicious appetizer's. The food samplings offered, included Bourbon Battered Smoked Cheddar with Tomato-Bacon Jam, Grilled Chicken and Irish Porter Cheddar Dumpling with Corn Sauce. Rosemary Grilled Lamb Chops with Grilled Shishito Pepper Sauce and Smoked Sea Salt, with a dessert of Dark Chocolate Bourbon.
"Flyte!" is a demonstration put on for our residents by the Villa St. Benedict Culinary team led by Executive Chef, Christopher Moore. The presentation offers multiple types of food and drink, with each Flyte having its own specific theme and style. This particular display was dubbed "Exotic, Wild and Unpredictable," offering Korean BBQ Chicken, Pork Cheek Ravioli, Corvina and Whiskey Chocolate Crème Brulee. All meals are prepared in-house and made fresh daily for our residents by our dedicated culinary staff.
