SHIFT: Monday – Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
TYPE: Full time. Non-exempt
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. One year of previous experience in housekeeping preferred. Able to read, write and speak English. Individual must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and meet the physical requirements of the position.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs project and general cleaning of resident apartments/villas and assists with cleaning of public/non-public areas. May assist residents in IL with laundering of linens. Provides coverage for others staff in the area as needed.
SHIFT: Varies, Monday – Friday, plus weekends, evenings
TYPE: Full Time, exempt.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years proven selling experience and an understanding of real estate practices. Previous experience in retirement community sales and marketing and proficient in using the REPS data base management system. Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and training staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible to assure successful implementation of the strategic marketing plan and for smooth day-to-day operations of the department. Contacts potential residents in a variety of ways to present Villa St. Benedict in the most appealing way to encourage prospective residents to reserve a residence and subsequently move in. Prepare and monitor the annual department budget, provide input for sales goals and department strategic plans. Works closely with marketing staff to meet or exceed the minimum goals established.
DEPARTMENT: Culinary Services
SHIFT: 4:00pm to 7:30pm shifts, 2-3 shifts/week including weekends
TYPE: Part time, non-exempt
QUALIFICATIONS: Outstanding customer service skills with an outgoing and friendly personality. Ability to perform tasks as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve residents in our restaurant style dining rooms. Also handle set up and clean up tables in dining room plus restocking items for each meal service.
DEPARTMENT: Culinary Services
SHIFT: 11:00am to 7:30pm, varying days during the week and Sundays 7:00am to 2:30pm
TYPE: Full time, non-exempt
QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma and training in culinary arts . Minimum of two years experience or a combination of education and/or experience in cooking and food service work. Needs to have a working knowledge of food services routines.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepares all cold and hot food items including accompaniments and garnishes following preparation sheets and provided recipes. Completes food temperature checks at each meal. Completes preparation records and stores food items properly at the close of meal service. Responsible for cleanliness, sanitation and organization of kitchen including storage and cooler areas. Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices.
