SHIFT: 2 – 3 shifts per week. The shift hours are 3:30 to 7:00pm. No Sundays.
TYPE: Part time, non-exempt
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Previous experience in serving/bartending with Bassett Certification helpful but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the Villa Center lounge during bar hours and in the restaurant areas for Villa Center and Benedale Center. Wipe tables, wash serving and beverage areas. Assist Culinary Service staff with putting items away and other duties as assigned.
SHIFT: 4 – 5 shifts a week – 2:30 to 7:30 pm, Tuesday-Saturday.
TYPE: Part Time, non-exempt
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma and training in culinary arts. . Minimum of two years experience or a combination of education and/or experience in cooking and food service work. Needs to have a working knowledge of food services routines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares all cold and hot food items including accompaniments and garnishes following preparation sheets and provided recipes. Completes food temperature checks at each meal. Completes preparation records and stores food items properly at the close of meal service. Responsible for cleanliness, sanitation and organization of kitchen including storage and cooler areas. Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices.
