How To Join VSB Well, it is as simple as 1…2…3!  1. Choose the apartment or villa plan that best suits your lifestyle; submit a priority deposit of $1,000 to receive an application package. A marketing representative will advise you of availability of your selected home style. By completing the application at this time, you help us work with you to ensure the home style you select is a comfortable fit with your financial portfolio. Villa St. Benedict will assign you a reservation number. 2. When notified of availability, submit a check for the deposit of 10% of the Entrance Fee for the home you have selected. Your Entrance Fee deposit is fully refundable, should your plans change prior to occupancy. At this time, have your physician complete the health and physical information and submit this to complete your application. 3 You will be notified in writing of your acceptance after the Application Review Committee processes your complete application. Once you sign the Residency and Service Agreement, you can make your plans to move to Villa St. Benedict. Your deposit will be fully refunded, without penalty, if you withdraw your reservation before you move in. Villa St. Benedict manages a reservation list for each residence. If the plan you selected is not immediately available, you will be included on the reservation list for that style, in order of your priority number.  |
