Registered Nurse or LPN (2 positions available)

DEPARTMENT: Resident Care

SHIFT:
1.) Part time-PRN as needed-minimum of 2 shifts per month
2.) Part time-16 hours per week, various days, 7am-3pm.

TYPE: Part Time. Non-Exempt

QUALIFICATIONS
N with a current Illinois license. Previous experience working with senior adults. Supervisory experience preferred. Dementia experience preferred. CPR/AED certified (or accomplished within 90 days of hire). Person centered care philosophy. Experienced in Windows, Microsoft Office and Internet research.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists with supervising the Memory Care team. Provides basic nursing and related nonprofessional services for the personal needs and comfort of our memory care residents. Maintains resident records. Administer medications to residents. Provides escort services and assists with activity programs. Serves meals and assists with food preparation and cleanup.

Utility Porter/Dishwasher

DEPARTMENT: Culinary Services

SHIFT: Friday-Monday | 9:30am to 8:00pm

TYPE: Full time, 36-40 hours per week. Non-Exempt

QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous food service experience a plus. Ability to perform tasks as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Clean dishes/pans using dishwasher and by hand. Assist dining service department in various other duties including putting away stock, cleaning the kitchen, and maintaining the dish machine.

Cook (2 positions available)

DEPARTMENT: Culinary Services

SHIFT: 11:00am-7:30pm, varying days during the week, plus some weekends

TYPE: Full Time. Non-Exempt

QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma and training in culinary arts . Minimum of two years experience or a combination of education and/or experience in cooking and food service work. Needs to have a working knowledge of food services routines.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepares all cold and hot food items including accompaniments and garnishes following preparation sheets and provided recipes. Completes food temperature checks at each meal. Completes preparation records and stores food items properly at the close of meal service. Responsible for cleanliness, sanitation and organization of kitchen including storage and cooler areas. Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices.

SERVERS

DEPARTMENT: Culinary Services

SHIFT: 4:00pm-7:30pm, 3 shifts/week including weekends

TYPE: Part time. Non-Exempt

QUALIFICATIONS
Outstanding customer service skills with an outgoing and friendly personality. Ability to perform tasks as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve residents in our restaurant style dining rooms. Also handle set up and clean up tables in dining room plus restocking items for each meal service.
